Attached Devices Not Displayed
Nighthawk x4s R7800. Functionally it seems to be functioning well, but after logging in to the router it takes a moment and shows the number of attached devices but it will not display what they are. When clicking on the "attached devices" window after it has determined the number the message is "please wait a moment" with a circling icon but it never gets past that point.
Also, I tried to update the firmware from V1.0.3.92 and it won't reach out to search for the update on the internet (same endless "please wait a moment" event).
Trying to load downloaded firmware on my computer, I can direct it to the file but when I try to upload it I also end up in the endless "please wait a moment" event so the firmware does not get loaded.
After trying either of those routes I can back out by just pressing any other button in the menu and everything seems ok other than neither of the mentioned objectives were achieved.

Touching back after trying a different computer to look. Device names show from there. What could be an issue on the first computer?
Also the second computer will search for a firmware update file on line but notes there is none, although Netgear's site lists a newer one.

What brand and model# devices are connected to the router?
What browser are you using? Try a different browser, MS Edge or Firefox?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
