C6300

Whenever trying to use my router, my router keeps saying its connected but no internet. Please help!!!! I've tried changing the channels and that is not working.

    Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs? 

    I'd also check your coax line going to the C6300 for kinks, damage, loose/old/bad connections, make sure the RG6 is quality cable.

    The  C6300 is a modem router.

     

    Does it have an Internet connection? What do the LEDs show? Downstream? Upstream? Internet?

     

    What says " its connected but no internet"? Some wifi thing?
