C7000 resets itself to factory settings.

Question

It happened four times past two months and it is annoying. Did anyone experience similar trouble? It resets itself randomly to factory settings. Checked power wires and reset it with a reset button on the back. My modem is about two years old so is out of warranty.

Any other help solutions?

Got a screen snip of your cable connections page and event logs?&nbsp;
Usually when I see them resetting, its either been triggered from a firmware upgrade pushed by the isp or a power issue that triggers it.&nbsp;
