Can’t access my Comcast email while connected to my home network R7000

I can’t access Comcast email from my Outlook 2016, the Comcast website or my iPhone while connected to my network. The instant I turn off WiFi on my phone I can receive emails via my iPhone through the mail app or with Comcast connect app. I checked to see if Norton was the problem by deleting Norton from my PCs but the problem continues. No secure connection can be established.

It isn't easy to follow what is going on here.

    Is this on a PC?

Connected how to the network? Wifi? Wired?

Is it just email that has problems? What about other stuff?

How are you receiving email on the phone? Through your cell service?

    What does this mean?

You see that as a message you see somewhere? Or is it you interpretation of what is happening?

I have two PCs and iPhone that can connect to my home network. Comcast is my isp. I can’t access Comcast email from my network. I have tried Outlook ... send and receive don’t work. I have tried accessing email from the Comcast website... I get an error page. My iPhone will not connect to Comcast email while on my network but will immediately retrieve messages when WiFi is turned off. No other service or website is affected by this. I can access Gmail and yahoo mail without issue from my PCs .

Is this with wifi for everything? Are these Windows PCs?

What does it say? Errors usually try to offer some useful clues.

I repeat my earlier question, does this mean that it is getting your email via your cellular phone service? In other words, it is not using your Internet service.

This begins to look like some sort of issue with your Internet service provider. The exact nature of the error messages that you see would help. It may be that it has something to do with the DNS that you ISP points to.

That this is the only troublesome service suggests that the router may not be the guilty party.
