can' log in due to not answering 2 questions
I log in to router and then it asks two questions What is your oldest brothers name and what is your youngest. I'm pretty sure the answers are Gene and Chris but it says that is not right and will not let me go any farther until I answer the question which I can not.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Then log in to routerlogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
thats the password recovery option.
Meaning you probably got your password wrong
Problem with password recovery is that if you didn't set it up, it still asks the questions but there isn't a correct answer.
So you're stuck a bit.
Maybe try a different pc/laptop or different password.
If those don't work, you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
