can't access Traffic meter

In the product guide there is a section on page 170 for "Start the Traffic Meter Without Traffic Volume Restrictions". The instructions tell you to login to the router, go to the Advanced tab and then select the Advanced Setup section. In this section there is a link to 'Traffic Meter'. This link and a few others on the page are a lighter grey than the rest. All the lighter grey links are not clickable. 

 

Why can't I access these links?

    Hi lest77,

     

    If you can access the router's UI, go to advance settings and look for wireless mode or AP mode. Uncheck it.

    Hi lest77,

     

    The router might be set to AP mode. When router is set to AP mode, other features will not be available(greyed out).

      Thanks for your response. How do I turn off AP mode?
