In terms of mapping, you'd have to check on the xp forums. I can't remember the last time I even had an xp computer.&nbsp;

Netgear R7000, I had them map but had to change the folder name and know I can't remap them in windows xp

when I tried to map it, its asking for a user and password and I get an error

Sounds like a windows xp issue. I'd ask on their forums on how to map a drive.&nbsp;
The router doesn't control that
