Can't select folder in ReadyCloud App
I've attached a Seagate 8T drive to my R8000 router and turned on ReadyCloud. On a remote computer, running Windows 10, I downloaded the ReadCloud Desktop client and signed in. I can see my router and the top folder, but I can't select the folder. I am able to access the folders from the ReadyCloud web site. Any ideas what is wrong?

If you have antivirus, try to exempt the ReadyCloud App.
Try to install it as well to a different computer.
