Config import R7000 to R7500
Can I export my R7000 config and import it on my R7500
Qualcomm 7500 - Broadcom 7000. I would say no. Best to copy / paste your config, or do screen grabs of your config. Or, try it!
Sounds like a job for trial and error. You can try and the worst is it does not work and you will end up doing what you would if we told you No and manually input all the settings from the 7000 to the 7500. It’s that or call Netgear support, but odds are they do not know and tell you not do it. The worst that can happen is it does not work and you end up having to do a hard reset/factory reset to default settings.
Turns out the router knowes that the file is not fore the R7500 and ignors it.
