Correct settings to use Smart Connect and Load Balancing?

Balancing means between two radios. 2,4GHz band has only one radio vs, 5 GHz band's two radios.
R8000 manual - Smart Connect. Page 72. You should always distinguish between 2.4 and 5ghz in SSID labels.
