Customer Support and RMA help for Extended Warranty Refund

I returned the Orbi Wifi 6 system and received a partial refund for the router but not for the $49.99 I paid for the extended warranty.  I submitted a ticket with customer support more that 7 days ago and have not heard back.  What is the phone number for a Live Person to speak with?  I am considering a charge back on my VISA.  I have a Case # and a Warranty Refund Request #.  I just want my $ back.  I am hoping that someone from Netgear reads this.

    They might, but this isn't the place for questions about warranties and stuff like that.

     

    You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.

     

    Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.

     

    If you want "official" support then you should go through the right channels.

      I kindly thank you for the reply.  But their support is a dead end, and they still owe me $.  Buyer beware.  And stay away from the Orbi Wifi 6.
