Full Bars, no internet connection during specific daytime hours

For past two weeks, cannot access internet between hours of 10am and 6pm. Located in an rv park with cable service Suddenlink (secure, monthly fee) provided by park. According to Park Mgt, no one else has mentioned this problem. 

  • Thanks for the great suggestions, Elaine. I did recycle/repower. Park Mgt finally opened trouble ticket with Suddenlink and a quick visit repaired the problem, which, as I suspected was modem-related.

    Have you tried power cycling the router? 

    How do you connect your router to the Suddenlink connection?

    Will you have internet access when you direct connect a PC straight to the Suddenlink connection?
