Hardware issue (reset not working)

Question

The R8000 - Router WiFi Gigabit Tri-Band AC3200 Nighthawk X6 stopped prividing wi-fi.

Even if enabled on the dashboard, the wi-fi network is not present.

Tried to hard reset it.

The router just show AC light and does not reset.

No login is more possible

Try a different power adapter.&nbsp;
If that fails, router may need replacing.&nbsp;

Thank you.Seems an hardware issue, but it appears that Netgear does not provide hardware support for this model anymore, even if it's still under hardware warranty. Can you confirm?&nbsp;

You'll need to contact NG support and see what is available to you. If it's under warranty, there should be some support there.
