Harman Kardon citation one cant connect w netgear R7000

INSTALLING HK CiTATION ONE W GOOGLE HOME  HK CANNOT FIND  ROUTER.

(PASSWORD RESET STILL NO CLUE)

    1. what firmware is on the r7000?

    2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

    3. what error/issue do you get when you try to connect the HK? (the more detail, the better we can help) 

    4. did you try contacting HK for help setting up their device?
