Have to restart router every 15 mins

I have a R6800 router which fails every 10-15 mins. No internet connection. Works again after restart, then stops again after 10-15 min. Anyone who knows why?

    Hi. Tried reseting the router and updated the firmware to V1.2.0.76 1.0.1 This seems to have solved the problem. The router has not been in use since 2019, so I guess it needed firmware update. Thank you.

    What firmware version are you on? 

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    When it fails, what does it say? "connected, no internet" do devices disconnect from the wifi, does the wifi stop broadcasting? what actually happens?
