   What, exactly, does any of that mean?  Do you have DSL service from
some ISP?  Do you have some kind of DSL modem or modem/router?  What,
exactly, is connected to what, how?  What, exactly, are you doing, and
what, exactly, happens when you do it?  Have you obtained any applicable
documentation ("User Manual", for example) for any of this equipment?
Followed any instructions?
