How do I access Router Log?

This is not what the router's logs are for.
You cannot get it to show that information. It is not something that Netgear builds into its devices.

Read the bit at the bottom of the logs page.
Routerlogs
The logs contain details related to entries in the Security zone. Things that you have set up, like Block Sites. So, as that list shows, it will log Attempted access to blocked sites and services.
The logs do not hold details of every site you visit. Nor do they tell you which bit of your network is going where.
If you block Facebook and Google, then it may show up on the logs. That could be an interesting experiment.
The normal request here is from people who want their router to maintain a detailed log of every site they visit and which device went there. They want that information so that that they can work out, for example, why something on the network is creating so much traffic.
If you want more control over what is going on, then Netgear will sell you a subscription to one of its types of parental controls. Unfortunately, it looks like the R6700 is a bit too basic for some of those:
