How to give one of my PC's on the network a static ip address so it will not change

I am using a AC-1750 R6400 router.  I have several PC's connected to my home network.  I need one of my PC's to have an ip address that will not change whenever the router is booted.  I remotely access a server on the PC through port 1880.  I need to have that particular PC always available at the same ip address.

I would appreciate asssitance on how to configure the router to accomplish this.

Is that accurate?  R6400[v1] or R6400v2?  Look for "Model" on the
    product label.  Firmware version?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for a
topic like "Manage Reserves [sic] LAN IP Addresses".  Further reading
    might not hurt, either.

Terminology: A "static" address is configured on the device itself.
What you configure on a (DHCP server on a) router is a reserved dynamic
address, not a static address. Either one should fix the address of a
device, but some implications are different, so it helps to know which
    you mean.
