How to install NETGEAR on PC when sharing mobiles internet connection to PC

I am using my mobile´s internet connection to get wifi on my PC (sharing hotspot from mobile to PC) but I can´t seem to get NETGEAR to work. I have followed all instructions and even tried manually inputting data. Doesn´t work. My phone´s network doesn´t show so I can´t click on it to start it.

 

It worked fine when traveling and using the wifi network of the hotel. Now I´m back and don´t have internet at home so I am sharing a connection from my phone to my PC.

 

What am I doing wrong?

    What NETGEAR wifi router model do you have? R or RAX something?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
