I have one router and 4 satellites
Did you end up buying a new one? Mine is two years old and disconnects often and depressing part is I have to reset and reboot several times before I can establish a connection. I have one router and 4 satellites. It is a pain to bring the router back and a nightmare to bring the satellites back. Extremely inefficient system I guess

I lost my internet connection last week and I did step 1-3 like 5 times and got the connection back. It happened again on Wednesday, and I did steps 1-3 for like 15 times to get the connection back. Now again on Friday night the same issue and I can't even get the connection back. I actually plugged my computer directly to the modem using ethernet card to troubleshoot and or choose a new system as mine is out of hope at this point. 2 years for $400-$600 system is too less of a life span. I can't even reset the router because I can't get it connected.

ponthangam You jumped on a 2 year old conversation. And I'd hope you didn't pay 400-600 for that router as it was released in 2013 and is several generations behind on standards. If you actually want some help with it, start your own thread and we'll try to help. Make sure to post
modem:
Firmware on router:
What devices is having issues:
Wireless/wired: all having issues, none, just those on 2.4 band 5ghz band, etc.
Any other details. the more you describe details, the better we can help

Router and 4 satellites? Is this a Orbi or Nighthawk MESH system?
