Those tend to be false positives and nothing to worry about. You can go into the logs and disable the logging of them if they bother you.
If you're having wired drops, it tends to not be the router and more likely the line. the problem with spectrum is they locked down their modems so you can't check the logs/line connections on the modems anymore. Easy check? Take the router out of the loop for a period. Just directly connect a pc to the modem and use it. See if it drops or stays stable. Its not definitive if it happens rarely but if its happening, they can't blame the router.
