Internet goes away in 2.4Ghz a few times a day
I have a AC1750 wifi router and the internet goes away for about 2 minutes in 2.4Ghz band. Happens 2-3 times a day. I bought this router in 2021. Please suggest how to troubleshoot.
What firmware are you on?
What fixes the issue?
Have you tried changing wifi channels?
What actual router is it? Like StephenB says, you listed the speed, not the model.
Tried the old factory reset/reinstall option?
Thank you for replying. The device is R6350. It is only happening for the 2.4Ghz band.
I have switched the bands to check if it was an internet issue. But 5Ghz was working fine. Problem only with 2.4Ghz. I restarted the device and it was working fine. But the problem comes again after a few months.
Current firmware version: v1.1.1.88
