Internet goes away in 2.4Ghz a few times a day
I have a AC1750 wifi router and the internet goes away for about 2 minutes in 2.4Ghz band. Happens 2-3 times a day. I bought this router in 2021. Please suggest how to troubleshoot.
You should either downgrade or upgrade the firmware to a different version of firmware your router has. I've had routers be a little buggy with certain firmwares and once you change it, it begins working better.

I restarted the device and it was working fine. But the problem comes again after a few months.
