Is Beta Firmware 1.0.7.6 stable and bug-free?
I have an R7000. I know the firmware is in beta. Can anyone chime in with their experiences? Known bugs? Stability? Lost functionality? Cases of successful installation vs. bricking the router?
Can a Netgear representative suggest their level of confidence with this beta, since it apparently was rushed?
Thanks!

I updated my firmware yesterday to the BETA version. It has the same numbers as the "production" version. Are they the same? Do I need to redownload and install the production firmware?
Thanks!- IrvSpMaster
They APPEAR to be the same, size at least. Didn't bother to try and binary compared them, just installed it. Works fine after the re-boot it does when installing.

I'm thinking that the firmware didn't change just because they changed the label from BETA to Production, as long as the firmware number stayed the same. I think they would have changed the number if they did anything to change the firmware as a result of it's trial in Beta. Does this sound right?
