Issue with Wi-Fi network not showing up even though my router is “online”
The other day my internet was working just fine, but for some reason it randomly went out. When I try to find my Wi-Fi network, it doesn’t even appear but yet my router says it’s “online”. Don’t know what to do from here. I called Xfinity and they said it has to do with the router. I tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in, but nothing seems to work. Thoughts? Thank you.
Do devices hardwired into the router work?
Maybe the wifi on/off button got hit. Push and hold it for 2 seconds.
