Log In Proble

I'm unable to log in to my router using www.routerlogin.net  Every attempt, even after re-setting password . . .admin/password...only times me out of the program; subsequent efforts have given similar results.  This problem occurs on  both my PC and my Iphone.

I am puzzled and unsure about how to proceed.

    What model NG router do you have?

     

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser.

    Be sure to clear out all web browser caches as well.
