While also being able to ‘flip a switch’ turning off the wireless Wi-Fi waves the device is emitting. But without just unplugging the router and shutting off the internet entirely.

The Netgear CAX80 is a combination modem/router unit that meets your criteria. The attached snip is from the user's manual. There is a Wi-Fi on/off button on the front panel.
