Mobile Phone Hotspot - Netgear Nighthawk R7800 AC2600

Trying to use my mobile personal hotspot data using the R7800 Nighthawk, any advice would be very welcomed.

    What mobile phone hotspot do you have? 

    Have you check with the mobile provider on if the hotspot supports a direct connection? 

    What error are you getting? 

    Is the R7800 in AP mode or the hotspot in passthrough mode?
