Model R8000 drops bandwidth from router

I have Spectrum as an ISP and use their provided modem.  My service is 400Mbps, and when I connect directly to the modem, I get those speeds.  However, when I connect my R8000 router, my speeds fluctuate between 150 and 250 Mbps.

I am using the latest firmware, and this is what I have tried:

-Disable Armor

-Disable Circle

-Disable QoS

Does anyone have any other suggestions or explanations regarding my loss of bandwidth?

Be sure to speed test with a ethernet connected PC.

Use good quality LAN cables. CAT6 is best.

what actual firmware version are you on?

    Are you testing wired?

Make sure that qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls are disabled and do a reboot.

If that doesn't help, do a factory reset and reinstall and leave all those disabled. they can disable ctf which can cause slow downs.
