Model WNR 1000V3 can't update firmware
I received an email that says "We've enhanced your products security. Please update to the latest firmware." When I try to do the update it says there are no updates for my product. My router shows version V1.0.2.72. But the Netgear shows the latest version as V1.0.2.76. Not sure how toget this update when it says there are no updates. Any ideas? Thanks.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Check the section in the manual on updating the firmware.

The WNR1000v3 is now more than 10 years old. Firmware updates eventually come to an end.
