Multiple routers connected by ethernet

In a visitor attraction there are 6 rooms separated by thick walls. I wish to have a continuous public WiFi for visitors. There will be no more than 30 devices in each room. If I have 6 routers connected back through Ethernet to a switch to the server pc can I use any Netgear product from the Nighthawk range? Are there any hints as to setting up? There is no external internet connection required.
