Must reset router multiple times a week or day
Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 Router
The router is directly connected to my FIOS termination point in my home. There is no FIOS router in between.
Multiple times a week, or even in a day, I must reset my router as certain websites or access fails to connect. Strange thing is, if I have an active running connection to something like a WebEx session, or actively watching a YouTube video, the session remains, or the video continues to load (this is not just what's in buffer, it's loading the rest of the video), but I am no longer able to connect to new websites. Or other things such as Microsoft Teams loses its connection.
This has been happening since I purchased the device new over a year ago, I just haven't sat down to try and troubleshoot.
I have updated the firmware to version V1.0.9.88_10.2.88.
This issue affect all devices connected (both wifi and wired) at the same time.

Does the Internet LED turn AMBER on top when this happens?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the ONT and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Traffic Meter.Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
Your behind on FW. May want to manually download then manually install the FW using a wired PC and web browser:

Reset or restart? Not the same thing.
I have updated the firmware to version V1.0.9.88_10.2.88.As FURRYe38 says, not the latest for the R7000. Actually, two years old and about a dozen behind the times.
