my new Netgear AC1600 Wifi Router R6330 doesn't show its 5.0 GHZ, only its 2.4 GHZ

my internet company helped me hook up my Netgear Wifi Routher 2.4 - 5ghz but only 2.4 ghz is showing - it should show 5 ghz as well.&nbsp; Does anyone know why it isn't showing the 5 ghz?

Have you logged into the router to see if whoever set it up, setup a different ssid for the 5ghz?

Have you logged into to see if the 2.4ghz ssid was set with a seperate name from the 5ghz ssid?&nbsp;
Is the 5ghz led light on?
