my router won’t reconnect

powered off then back

    Doesn't give us much to go on. 

    Reconnect to?

    Can you confirm the brand and model# of your router? 

     


    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      do you have cable internet? If so you have to reboot the modem and wait til it connects to your provider then you turn on the router to detect the internet.
