N600 C3700 Upstream
So this happened a few days a ago, so im usually connected to the public xfinity hotspot while gaming becuase it gives me way better ping then my netgear router (even with ethernet) but it gives better download speed then the xfinity. The xfinity wifi shows up but it just says connected no internet, and i also noticed that the upstream light on my router just keeps on blinking, and my guess is that these two things are related becuase they both started happing at the same time.

The C3700 shouldn't have an "xfinity hotspot". That's part of xifnity's modem/router devices. Maybe you're connecting to a neighbors when you connect to that.
In terms of your c3700, take a screen snip of the cable connections page and logs and post them back here.
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get (up and download) when hardwired into the c3700?
