netgear AX6/AX5200 RAX48-100NAS DNS address change not working

Hi,

I have a netgear AX6/AX5200 RAX48-100NAS router and I wanted to change the primary and secondary DNS addresses to the servers OpenDNS uses. I was not able to make the change as after I hit the 'apply' button the changes were never applied or saved.

I tried to use both dynamic and static IP address options but they didn't make a difference.

Has any one encountered this problem before? Any thoughts on what I do wrong and what could be the remedy?

    have you tried using a different browser or pc?

      Yes, I tried PC's running Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux. I used Microsoft edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers without success.
