Netgear C7000v2 Upstream Light Blinks Randomly (No Internet)

Recently, my NETGEAR AC1900 Model c7000v2 has been acting up. The internet will go out randomly throughout the day and the upstream light blinks. Everytime the internet goes out, the upstream light blinks. I had my ISP, Charter, come out to look at it and check all the signals and replaced some coaxial cables. They said everything should be good. But the upstream light blinks every one in awhile during the day. I dont have any coax splitters or anything. Ive tried to do a hard reset of the modem too. Turned the modem off and on which works for a little bit but then goes out with the upstream light blinking. Anyone able to solve this? This modem was bought on 3/11/20. Please let me know if there is information you need to help figure this out.

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?

that helps us check the signal.

Your logs are indicating line issues.

Do you have the cable connections page the shows snr/downstream/upstream values?
