Netgear Ex7000 SSID dropped every 3 hours after connected it to TELUS Optic Fiber Router

Question

My Ex7000 router SSID kept dopping off every day which made those wireless connected divices disconnected. Those devices wried with ethernet cable to EX7000 are running fine. I have to reboot the EX7000 a couple of hours in order to get back the signal. I have already disabed the One WiFi Name but still doesnt work. This problem arised after I switched my home wifi network from

TELUS copper to TELUS optic fiber, and using their Boost Wifi. Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz LED lights are green all the time. What makes the SSID disappear?

Do you know how I can solve this problem? Please help!

do you have it connected via wps or using the installation assistant?

I install it via WPS. I have also checked the firmware, it is the latest version. Reset factory default doesn’t help too.

try installing it using the installation assistant. WPS can get coded different and cause issues between manacturers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
