netgear nighthawk r7000 shows offline on app

Question

for days my wired connections wont connect. but the wifi will stay on. ill check my netgear app. and it will say offline. but in the device manager everythings connected. ill reset my router then everything will go back online. then after awhile the wired connections go offline again. i have no clue whats going on. ive reset the modem. ive reset my router. and it still happens

what modem do you have?&nbsp;what firmware is on the router?&nbsp;do the "offline" devices work? Or do they show "connected, no internet"

i have the nighthawk 7000 router. filmware is V1.0.9.88_10.2.88 and only the wifi works. everything wired does not

What modem do you have? The R7000 is the router.

the 1.0.9.88 firmware isn't the current version.

You could try installing the current version, factory resetting, and reinstalling.

i have a modem ftom spectrum. i tried upgrading it from the app.. it says i have the current version. would u mind explaining how i download it from the computer? please

what actual spectrum modem is it? There should be a label with a model number on it.&nbsp;to manually update, follow this process:https://kb.netgear.com/23960/How-do-I-manually-update-the-firmware-on-my-NETGEAR-router
