I can't (yet) see your picture. In-line images must be approved
by a moderator before others can see them. The time required varies.
Attachments have no such limitation. Of course, attachments have their
own one-per-message limitation. In the mean time, copy+paste is your
friend.> [...] It is not working. [...]
"not working" is not a useful problem description. It does not say
what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations. For the usual problems with port forwarding, see:

Did you go through the "usual problems" tests in that cited thread?
Plenty of unanswered questions there.> https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1859106

above.Huh? What does "try remote access" mean to you? Why would port 3389
have anything to do with it?> 2) I cannot ping my public IP
Regarding "cannot", see "not a useful problem description [...]",
above.
"ping my public IP [address]" from _where_? Actual command? Actual
error message? What is your "my public IP [address]"? If you're worried about
revealing secrets (like, say, a public IP address), then the top half of
the address, "a.b" out of "a.b.c.d", would satisfy most of my curiosity.
Or, plug that address into the form at: https://whois.arin.net/ , and
see if it is a public or private address.> 3) but I can telnet my Ip 3389
"telnet" from _where_?
What does "my Ip [address]" mean to you? Do you, personally, have an
IP address, or do you mean the IP address of some network interface in
some device or other, or what? Which part of "actual" was unclear to
you?> 4) I was able to get to my server remotely before i changed the router
With my weak psychic powers, I know nothing about what you did
"before", or what you changed to what. Or why.> netgear R6080.png
That picture shows LAN IP addresses in the "10.0.0.*" subnet, which
is typically the result of connecting the R6080 (WAN/Internet port) to
the LAN of some other NAT router.> https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1859106
Usual problem number 1 is number 1 for a reason.
