    That's correct.

    The model is intended to be used in the US and exclusively bought at BestBuy.

Do you get any error message?

Who's the provider for your IPTV?

How is the IPTV configured, wired or wireless?
Just to verify, you also have followed the step-by-step instructions from this site, right?

    Hi ElaineM,

     

    Sorry for my late reply. I live in Vietnam so that you won't know the ISP. I didn't get any error messages. I use wired for IPTV.

    Are you sure that Netgear R7300 with DST can use with IPTV?

        Hello ElaineM

         

        I have done it already before but I didn't work. My ISP they don't have VLAN ID. They told me that you need turn on IGMP then it will work and connect to IPTV.
