Netgear R7500v2 not broadcasting 5G network

Hello all,

 

Brand new router, latest firmware, 5GHz LED is illuminated, 5GHz service is turned on in the setup menu, and I can see the 2.4 GHz network and it operates normally, please advise.  And yes, the device I am using is 5GHz capable.

    I did not get a chance to troubleshoot the issue because the issue went away on its own and I have not been able to recreate it.

    Update the firmware of the router. Reset and reconfigure after.
