Hello from France 😉
Before, I used AP MODE with v1.0.2.68 and it works perfectly...
yesterday, I have upgraded to the new firmware v1.0.2.74 : lost WiFi connections + no internet access + reboot + restart... 🙄😒🤔🙁
So... Keep going : Fresh install... RESET rooter... v1.0.2.74 fresh start & fresh clean install AP MODE...
problems are exactly the same...
In fact, with the v1.0.2.74, the R7800 rooter works correctly a few minutes, and after,
lost WIFI connection + no internet + reboot 😕 restart, works a few minutes... and again and again... I try many firmware flash v1.0.2.74 thru the web interface + clean RESET ... same pb...
R7800 v1.0.2.74 firmware is OUT 🙄
R7800 v1.0.2.74 firmware contains BUGS 🙁 even with a RESET & a fresh install...
So ... Revert back to v1.0.2.68 firmware :
WIFI + INTERNET + AP-MODE
WORK PERFECTLY
BYE

I also experience wifi droppings since I have installed the latest firmware. I do not use it as an AP, but as normal router and have the same issue. Hopefully they will fix this soon with a new update.....

Hello from France,
I have exactly the same problems.
Router restarts randomly, since 1.0.2.74.I have downgraded to 1.0.2.68, no problems.
- I have tried to downgrade to .68, but that did not work. It was unstable, so i had to go back to .74 still wifi dropping but less then .76

I've noticed several problems to .76 reported in the forum.
I noticed once I went to it, all connections, local and internet of course would drop, which has never happened in my history with this product. I rolled back to .74, and it still kept happening. I've seen it happen only once with .68, and what is weird is that .74 never used to do it either. I wonder if I should factory reset and then fresh update to .76 because something clearly has gone astray judging by all the issues listed in this and other threads.
