Netgear Rax80 - Circle On Netgear
I have a RAX80 router and about a week ago I have purchased Circle on Netgear App from Iphone for about $73.
I try to contact help with Cirlce direct they told me I shall get help from Netgear.
When I want to get support from Netgear page it says I shall buy a contract for 6 /12/24 month price up to $229.
I have recently purchased Circle on Netgear and No support if I dont pay for it. Absolute weird.
Problem on Cirlce, I have set users and assign them devices. Circle has a menu as follows for each user's devices;
- Usage
-Filter
-Bed Time
- Time Limits ( for different category of apps)
-Off Time
-History
My problem is about OFF TIME menu. This menu supposed to off the internet for specific user's devices on required times.
For example I want to off internet from 1pm to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 5 pm.
I key in those in OFF TIME menu, saving. However it never off internet on user's devices. User still being able to use internet.
Can someone help. If I m unable to find solution for it I would like to deal with Apple to make request of refund because not much point if parental control app ( so called Circle on Netgear) not doing such basic thing, then it does not worth of this much money.
Seeking your kind help, thanks

Two points, first you might get more help in the Circle zone:
Circle Smart Parental Controls - NETGEAR Communities
Secondly, the RAX is also best talked about in its hardware area.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities- DmrtsAspirant
Thank you very much for your help.
I m trying to find answer in those links you gave.

You shouldn't have to pay for help with circle. It should be part of the subscription.
Did you contact them through the proper route?
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
