Thank you your suggestions but I finally found the issue on another board.
If you look closely the 2nd light on the right of the router is acutally a button. If you press and hold the button down for at least 5 seconds it works! How frustrating and a waste of yours and my time. Anyway thank you for your input
SSID Broadcast has to be enabled.
You have to log in the web interface then in Advanced > Wireless you can enable it.

Thank you for your suggestion, however, SSID Broadcast is enabled for both 2G/5G but still cannot find network
- Alright, have you tried :
Advanced > Advanced Setup > WIRELESS Settings
And for both 2.4G and 5G, Enable Wireless Router Radio ?
