New Nighthawk X4S AC2600 Cannot find network

Thank you your suggestions but I finally found the issue on another board.
If you look closely the 2nd light on the right of the router is acutally a button. If you press and hold the button down for at least 5 seconds it works! How frustrating and a waste of yours and my time. Anyway thank you for your input
That's weird... I just tried to disable the 2.4G wireless router radio and the corresponding light on the router turned off and I couldn't find that network. Only the 5G was available.
Then I enabled it and everything was working.
Maybe you can try to reset your router...

- I knew about that button but that was so obvious that I didn't think about it... I was focused on a configuration issue.
