NH6700 Router: Cannot access router directly or via Nighthawk app since using new iPhone SE

Question

I can use wifi to connect to internet, but cant access router since i got new iPhone SE. I cannot log in to Nighthawk app with new iPhone, I enter an endless loop of trying to reset passwords when I try. I had Armor installed when i had my OLD iPhone. Is this a problem with Armor not recognizing my new device? If so, how to remedy?

are you using a randomized iP address/mac on the iphone?&nbsp;
Try disabling that

Does it work through the browser? (not the app)

No, cannot log directly into router from any browser on iPhoneSE.I can log in directly to router on WI-FI from my laptop.

Now after disabling the private IP feature was able to login to router after reset ing password.Still cannot use Nighthawk app to log in, even after getting temporary pass word by email.So thanks for the improvement and increased understanding .
