I just bought this the first of the month. It won't access some pages until I reload the page several times. I get the error message this site cant' be reached. It also won't load some images the first time. I have to keep reloading the page. Support hasn't been that helpful. Any ideas?

What firmware are you on? Many users have been reporting issues with the newest firmware and DNS issues. If you try rolling the firmware back a version and disabling auto-updates (until a newer version) might help. Try that.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
