Nighthawk ac1900 / R7000 stopped working

So I guess I can join the club of those who have the Nighthawk AC1900/R7000 that stopped transmitting WiFi. I read through the forum. I rebooted. I pressed the radio button multiple times. I updated firmware. I tried this https://kb.netgear.com/24101/How-do-I-enable-or-disable-the-wireless-radios-on-my-Nighthawk-router but the option to turn on and off the wireless radios is grayed out.

Seems like the WiFi radio button might be broken??

Providing the actual name of the control on the router's web page
would be clearer than your alternative description of that control.

In any case, if the web-page controls seem confused, then you might
want to try the usual panacea, a full ("factory") reset, and manual
    reconfiguration.

You have tried pressing the wifi LED/button on the top?

Not everyone realises that this is a button. You would not be the first one to have a cat, or child, that has pressed that button and disabled the wifi.
