Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 keeps rebooting

My two year old router/wifi reboots 4 or 5 times per day.  Generally all the LEDs go out except power (turns orange) and wifi (blue). It usually takes several minutes to reboot.  Running firmware V1.0.11.106 as per NETGEARGenie.  When I ask it to check for firmware it says I have the latest - however, this NETGEAR site https://www.netgear.com/support/product/R7000#download says  "1/18/21 - Firmware update 1.0.11.116 for R7000 now available"   After a reboot it runs ok for several hours with a strong signal throughout the house. I don't notice any power surges which could cause the reboots.  Any ideas how I might solve this problem or do further trouble shooting?  Thanks.

NETGEARGenie? Genie could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?

That firmware is nothing like the latest. It isn't even in the archive of firmware for the R7000P listed in your "footer". Is that really what you have?

Your subject says R7000. Different hardware. This is the latest firmware for the R7000:

    R7000 Firmware Version 1.0.11.116 | Answer | NETGEAR Support

That explains how to install it manually.  That would be the first thing to try.
